Pat Testing Prices (per electrical appliance)

Fixed Installation Testing - Prices

1 - 299 items - £1.75 per item, subject to minimum invoice charge of 100 items.
300 - 1000 items - £1.50 per item
1000 - 2000 items - £1.25 per item
2000+ items - price on request

Our Pat Testing Prices include :

Fully documented test reports - (click here to see sample page)
Testing carried out by City and Guilds electrical test engineers
Labelling of appliances
Minor repairs (faulty plug or fuse replacement)

Although we usually charge per item tested, we are also able to offer alternative pricing structures such as day rates, if required.

Commercial/Business Premises

For commercial and business premises, we charge per circuit tested. We are unable to offer standard prices, but as a guide, our prices start from £12 per circuit.

If you let us know how many circuits your installation contains, along with the approximate age of the installation and also whether it is single phase or three phase, we will supply you with a quotation. For larger premises a site visit may be necessary, which we provide free of charge.

Residential Premises

1 Bedroom or studio property - £120
2 Bedrooms - £135
3 Bedrooms - £150
4 - 5 Bedrooms - £165
Discounts available for multiple dwellings.
Prices include all inspection and test reports and certification

Prices for Central London may be subject to additional congestion and parking charges, but will be quoted as such at the time of enquiry.
